Couldn't agree more with the $1200 savings from not driving to work. This is a sure fire way to "give a noticeable raise" without a raise. = Otherwise, if it makes your boss feel better. Tell him you have put in a buzzing florescant light & painted the walls gray, and constantly smell an odorous bathroom. (At least, it's your own, and not your co-workers!)
